RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
At VaporsKart your satisfaction is guaranteed. The return & exchange is subject to the following terms and conditions.
For Return & Exchange of products, call VaporsKart Helpline Number (+923122978906), or e-mail us at Vaporskart@gmail.com for assistance.
- The products should be accompanied with a valid proof of purchase.
- The products must be unopened, with all the original packaging intact. Once the product is opened or used, then refund or exchange is not applicable due to hygiene and personal safety.
- Any unopened product bought from VaporsKart online can be exchanged within 4 days from the date of purchase.
- Refund of products purchased through Bank Transfer will be refunded ONLY to the same Account used for the transaction or cash within VaporsKart online stores.
WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS
- 1-year warranty on the device only. If the device is faulty it can be exchanged up to 1 year from the Original purchase invoice date
- A Proof of purchase is required to claim warranty
- If the products show signs of damage due to misuse or wear and tear, they will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. (Liquid and physical damages are not covered under warranty).
- Warranty does not apply to Disposables, E-Liquids & accessories.
- VaporsKart reserves the right to accept or neglect any claim.
Shipping
• For delivery services we have chosen TCS as our delivery partner.
• We are currently offering free delivery for Pakistan on all orders over 5000rs • All These Rules are only Applicable if there is no public holiday .You will get your order after public holiday really sorry for inconvenience.
• Delivery charges for orders below 5000rs will be 300rs through out all Pakistan.
• In any case scenario in which the customer is not able to receive the package then customer have to pick the parcel from the near TCS shipping store.
